We supply only what is needed to get the bouncers up and running. We have extension cords reaching up to 50 feet that will give us a wide area to work from. If you are renting a waterslide you will be required to supply a water hose to go from the water faucet to the unit.
Yes, we can. Adult supervision is always expected when events take place on private property. An additional fee will be charged if a generator needs to be provided to you. You will need to contact the park you’ve chosen to have the party at and ask for permission.

We try to match riders by sizes. Generally, 8 children from 2-7 years old, up to 6 children from 8-12 years old, up to 4 older teens or 3 adults only. Depending on size and weight of children numbers may need to be decreased
There will be no charge if equipment is damaged due to a defect in the unit. In the event unit is damaged due to negligence, Lessee shall pay Lessor the full fair market value of the unit.
In the event of rain, please exit the bounce house and leave it inflated to allow the water to roll off. Ensure that all electrical connections are kept out of the water to prevent any risk of electrocution. Once the rain has ceased, you may re-enter the bounce house and towel dry the inside.
In the case of heavy downpours or strong winds, please turn off the blower and unplug the cord. After the rain has stopped, you may reinflate the bounce house and towel dry the inside.
Yes, you will need a hose long enough to reach the slide from your water faucet.
Prior to 2024, we did not require a deposit. However, due to a significant increase in cancellations over the past three seasons, we have implemented a deposit policy. Depending on the size of your order, a deposit of 20% to 50% will be required, which will be deducted from the final balance before delivery. In the event of a cancellation within 2 weeks of your party date, the deposit will be rainchecked for 1 year. No. In fact, Bounce USA LLC does not allow pick ups. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified by Party Bouncers Rental to be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Our insurance requires that our installers do an onsite inspection as well. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.
The best option is to place the inflatables on top of grass which should be mowed 2 to 3 days before the event. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris (including dog droppings) to ensure the safety of the bouncer and its riders. It is the customers responsibility to clean area prior to set up. Inflatables need to be in an open area, far from trees, wires or any other thing that may cause tears, about 20 feet high. You will need to add at least 4 feet around the perimeter, so approximately 18ft x 18ft for a 14ft x 14ft bouncer.
We will only charge you a $25.00 cleaning fee if there are any food and/or drink stains. NO SILLY STRING is allowed to be used in or around our equipment. There will be a $50.00 fee for each stain caused by Silly String. Our staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the condition is which our equipment is returned to us.
Our guarantee is a 6-hour rental period, ensuring that you have the inflatable for a minimum of 6 hours from your selected party start time. If you receive the inflatable earlier than your chosen start time, no additional payment is required. Similarly, if the inflatable is collected later than your selected end time due to company scheduling, no extra charges apply. Additional fees are only incurred when requesting extra time, such as for overnight or multi-day rentals. Our pick-up times begin at 7pm.
